Best Dog Washing Stations Compared: Flying Pig vs. VEVOR vs. Master Equipment vs. CO-Z vs. GARVEE

Research comparison12 min readAffiliate availability does not control ranking

VEVOR is not automatically our “best” pick. We widened the research to the strongest public signals we can verify across this niche: review volume, average rating, professional-use feedback, construction, dog entry design, shipping realities, support, and price. Exact unit-sales numbers are not public, so review volume is used only as a purchase-popularity proxy, not as proof of total sales.

Current research result: Flying Pig’s 50-inch professional tub has the strongest review signal we found for a serious stainless station: 5/5 from 303 reviews on its official product page. VEVOR remains competitive on value and affiliate economics, but it should be one option in the comparison—not the identity of the whole site.

1. Flying Pig 50" Professional — strongest professional review signal

Flying Pig’s current 50-inch professional stainless tub uses a walk-in ramp, removable/adjustable grates, a watertight door, drain/hair strainer and 304 stainless construction. The official product page currently shows 5 out of 5 from 303 reviews, far more brand-direct reviews than the other professional stations we found.

The feedback is useful because it is not uniformly promotional: owners praise build quality, spaciousness and back-saving ergonomics, while at least one recent reviewer specifically warns that the metal ramp can push inward under a larger dog and benefits from extra traction.

2. VEVOR 50" Electric Lift — strongest value + direct affiliate combination

VEVOR’s 50-inch electric-lift model currently shows 4.6/5 from 117 verified reviews on VEVOR. The lift is a meaningful differentiator for groomers and owners who want to reduce bending. Review summaries praise assembly, sturdiness and the back-saving lift, but also flag recurring concerns such as leaks, sharp edges, rust, wobble and replacement-part availability.

VEVOR also has one of the clearest direct affiliate programs in the niche. Its U.S. Awin terms currently list a 2%–10% commission range depending on traffic source and a 30-day cookie. That makes it commercially attractive, but the commission remains separate from the editorial ranking.

3. Master Equipment Everyday Pro — established grooming-equipment option

Master Equipment is broadly distributed through grooming suppliers and major retailers. The Everyday Pro tub currently shows 4.8/5 from 20 Wayfair reviews. Wayfair describes a zinc-plated powder-coated body, a rust-resistant 304-type stainless bottom panel, four restraint points, shampoo/tub racks and a 440-lb listed capacity.

It lacks the walk-in door/ramp concept of Flying Pig or many VEVOR/GARVEE designs, so it may fit salon workflows better than mobility-first home setups.

4. CO-Z 50" — high mainstream review volume, lower average rating

The CO-Z 50-inch stainless tub has one of the largest public retailer review counts in our sample: 4.0/5 from 199 Wayfair reviews. That makes it important comparison material because a large review base can reveal recurring installation and durability patterns better than a product with only a handful of ratings.

Its average rating is lower than Flying Pig, Master Equipment and the stronger VEVOR/GARVEE signals, so we should use its feedback as a source of real-world pros and cons rather than automatically label it a top pick.

5. GARVEE 50" — promising affiliate-friendly challenger

GARVEE’s 50-inch stainless grooming tubs currently show strong early feedback in shopping data—about 4.9/5 from 11 reviews on one current model—but the review base is still much smaller than Flying Pig, CO-Z or VEVOR. Treat it as a challenger that needs more long-term evidence.

GARVEE is attractive commercially: its official affiliate program and U.S. Awin terms describe a 10% commission, a 30-day cookie, and average order value above $230–$250. Those economics should never boost its editorial score by themselves.

How we rank products going forward

  1. Owner evidence: review count, average rating, recurring positives and complaints.
  2. Professional fit: daily-use construction, working height, ramp/door design, restraint points and serviceability.
  3. Safety: wet traction, ramp stability, drain-board design, edges, door/latch behavior and dog entry/exit.
  4. Installation: plumbing, drain access, left/right orientation, assembly difficulty and replacement parts.
  5. Shipping: package weight, freight handling, damage reports, return practicality and warranty.
  6. Value: total cost including faucet, sprayer, ramp, storage and delivery—not sticker price alone.
  7. Affiliate program: checked only after the product earns a place editorially.
Editorial rule: A product can rank #1 even if we earn $0 from it. If a lower-ranked product has the better affiliate program, we will still label it lower.
